REPAIR TO MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS, GREASE TRAPS, SEWAGE PIPELINES AT AF STN AMBALA UNDER GE (AF) AMBALA

Cleaning of under ground EXISTING SEWAGE DEEP TRUNK SGSW/RCC/HDPE Pipe line of any dia of pipes line and depth exceeding 2.5 mtr and above including manholes of any size working/running conditions involving removal of blockages any kind of sewage lines and manholes by means of Heavy truck mounted High pressure Suction Cum Jetting Machine including desludging, descaling and dechocking of lines whereever required , flushing the entire stretch with water making the stretch clean and functional. Removal and depositing any type of sludge/debries to excavated area , spreading necessary insecticides where sludge is deposited all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- All sludge/debries should be deposited in nearest pit & cover with sand & necessary disinfection be carried out OR Removing / Depositing of sludge/debries not exceeding 500 mtr beyond periphery of defence land & covering the entire sludge & solids with local earth. Sewage Lines in area of cleaning of depth Max 10 mtr)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone agg as in cover slab for man holes, drains , soak well etc and similar articles etc, set in CM 1:4 with plain faces including chamfered weathering throating etc incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel deformed bars or TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, as supporting horizontal bars in chain link fencing, including binding and bonding , and bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of septic tank and soak pit of any capacity & any size by taking out sludge and sludge loading to the cart/ lorry & depositing out side MD land including bailing out foul water by manually or by any mechanical means in tanker and dispose the waste water out side MD land and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate quoted includes bailing out water from septic tank upto 2/3 depth of tanks and removing sludge. (ii) The measurements for sludge upto depth of 1/3 of septic tank shall only be recorded for payment purpose.

M&L for Removing blockage of soil/waste/PVC pipe of any dia and cleaning the lines in between followings with water all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge :- Note :- Rate quoted for BOQ srl item No 9 and 10 shall be deemed to includes cleaning/ removing of blockage of first manhole and taking out slude from out side MD Land.

Floor/Nahani trap to Gully trap and upto first man-hole complete all as specified and directed.

WC to first manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of manholes by taking out complete sludge water solids, brick bats, polythene silt etc complete by manually or mechanically by HCV mounted suction discharge machine, removing/disposing the entire retrieved material outside periphery of defence land including taking off manholes cover and refixing the same after cleaning size of mahholes upto 750x750mm and depth upto 750mm complete all as specified and directed

All as per BOQ Srl item No 11.00 here-in-above but size of manholes upto 1000x1000mm and depth upto 1000mm, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above but size of mahholes upto 1200x1200mm/1200x900mm/ 1500x900mm or any other size and depth upto 1.5m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning & desilting of manholes depth exceeding 1.50 m but not exceeding 3.00 m by pumping out/removing liquid waste/sewage & plugging the ends sewer pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc & removing the same(silt, sludge & other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpaulin to outside of MD land all as per existing rules & regulations of civil authorities and cleaning the manholes with fresh water etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC,PVC or reinforced concrete) 150 mm (internal dia of pipe) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC, PVC or Reinforced concrete) 200 mm (Internal dia of pipe) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out including dressing/trimming sides and leveling/grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ srl item No 17.00 here-in-above but exceeding 1.5m depth but not exceeding 3.00m in depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soils complete all as specified and directed

Removal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -Charge

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for H.D.P.E. Double wall Corrugated (DWC)Pipes (ISI marked) 150mm bore SN-8 class as per IS 16090 part-II for nonpressure under ground drainage and sewerage application with specials including cost of O rubber ring couplers etc, laid in trenches on concrete bed to level /gradient, jointing with appropriate class fittings as per manufacture's instructions including jointing accessories and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for H.D.P.E. Double wall Corrugated (DWC)Pipes (ISI marked) 200mm bore SN-8 class as per IS 16090 part-II for nonpressure under ground drainage and sewerage application with specials including cost of O rubber ring couplers etc, laid in trenches on concrete bed to level /gradient, jointing with appropriate class fittings as per manufacture's instructions including jointing accessories and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crrushed stone aggregates) to drain pipes 150 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) to drain pipes 200 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floor including fixing clips, bends, elbows, shoes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend any radius 110 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per BOQ Srl item No. 34.00 here-in-above but reforming benching for 200/300 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) gully trap 125x110 mm ,made of type-B pipes ,setting and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable RCC/PVC water tank of capacity exceeding 250 but not exceeding 500 ltrs cpacity including supply and fixing PVC water storage tank of 500 ltrs capacity HDPE double layered , cylindrical type fixed and hoisted in position on roof at any height complete with inlet/outlet of 20mm GI pipe connection including locking arrangement with ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable RCC/PVC water tank of capacity exceeding 500 but not exceeding 1000 ltrs cpacity including supply and fixing PVC water storage tank of 1000 ltrs capacity HDPE double layered , cylindrical type fixed and hoisted in position on roof at any height complete with inlet/outlet of 20mm GI pipe connection including locking arrangement with ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from PVC tanks exceeding 250 but not exceeding 500 litre capacity tanks from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vetrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick in light/dark shade (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match the surface.over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ srl item No 41.00 here-in- above but as in skirting including 10mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering as in backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) jointless area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match the surface.over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed designer ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surface as in dado/skirting and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/colour cement to match with the surface over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage , thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern from roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate in foundation mass concrete and filling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of mild steel work or wrought iron of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or inducton but welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coats of distemper oil emulsion on old surfaces upto any height including necessary scaffolding as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old or previously treated surfaces of RCC / Stone / Concrete / brick walls/ Asbestos Cement Sheet or plastered surfaces and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge, Note: Sample of camouflage pattern to be approved as per the user requirement by GE.
