Earth work in excavation of all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more, for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory / workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level ias per HPPWD specification including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for , Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on steel work at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Welded steel wire fabric of required width having rectangular mesh painted with two or more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Priming & Painting to be paid for separately as per HPPWD specification including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.
