Request for Proposal (RFP) for Hiring of Vehicle on Monthly Rental Basis for the Office of Project Director, POISE, Department of School Education, Government of Punjab

Hiring of vehicle having ex-showroom price between Rs. 10 lakh to Rs. 20 lakh as per the specifications, scope of work, and terms & conditions of the RFP Note: a)The bidder shall quote a consolidated monthly hiring charge for providing the vehicle along with driver in accordance with the requirements specified in the RFP. b)The quoted monthly rate shall not exceed the maximum hiring rates prescribed by the Transport Department, Government of Punjab vide Letter No. 02/10/91-4T2(2T2)/83 dated 13.02.2026 and amendments issued thereto from time to time. c)The quoted monthly rate shall be inclusive of all taxes except GST and shall include fuel, driver wages/salary, maintenance, servicing, insurance, permits and all other expenses required for performance of the contract. d)GST shall be payable extra as applicable. e)Toll taxes and parking charges, if any, shall be payable separately as per actuals on submission of supporting documents, subject to approval of the Competent authority. f)Monthly hiring charges, admissibility of extra kilometres, night halting charges and other operational matters shall be governed by the Transport Department instructions/policy issued from time to time. g)The bidder quoting the lowest responsive financial bid (L1) shall be considered for award of the contract.
