Evolving planning, hydraulic & structural design, site development to adjust hydraulic levels for various STP units, construction, installations, testing, commissioning, trail operation and maintenance (3 months, free of cost) of Decentralized Sewage Treatment Plants based on root zone treatment technology in the shape of constructed wetland primary treatment, secondary treatment, tertiary treatment and disinfection at Naddi. Dharamshala Municipal Corporation of 144 KLD, capacity in RCC construction for Smart City Dharamshala Town in Distt Kangra (H.P.) which should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage of characteristics as per basic data. The characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the revised standards given in chapter (vi) a. The scope of work includes inlet chamber, screen channel, grit channel (parallel stream) propotional flow weir, multi baffled hybrid anaerobic reactor (MBAR), Constructed wetland, Multi media filter, Chlorine contact tank and disinfection units. including plant building cum chowkidar hut, inter connecting paths and pipes between all units, walk-ways, landscaping of STP providing and installation of lighting arrangement, mechanical/electrical equipments complete in all respects. The design methodology should be based on CPHEEO manual guidelines and clearly indicate proper authentic references, design constants & kinetic equations involved in the process of design calculations dully vetted from IIT / NIT/ PEC/vide rate sheet no.

To operate, repair & maintain all civil works and electro - mechanical equipments of sewage treatment plant and complete sewer network for the period of five years in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge . The O&M of sewer network & STP shall be carried strictly as per the provisions made in the latest Manual on Sewerage & Sewage treatment systems issued by CPHEEO ( Eddition 2013 ). Firm should do comply the stringent effluent standards laid down by HP Pollution Control Board .

Excavation in foundation (trenches for pipes and man holes ) etc. upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work , blasting soft, hard rock or chiselling hard / soft rock where blasting is prohibited ,i/c cutting of metalled bituminous roads /pucca pavements i/c saturated soil bailing or pumping out water in all lifts i/c trimming and dressing of sides , levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring, suttering, planking, timbering dewatering wherever required stacking the useable and unusable material / soil separately and after laying, jointing, testing of pipes returning the useable soil to trenches in 15 Cm (Centimeters) layers i/c consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil un - useable material as directed with in all leads and lifts i/c restoration of un - metalled surfaces to its original condition and also i/c cost of diversion of traffic , night signals , fixing caution boards , crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Excavation in foundations,trenches etc in earth work in all kind of soil, such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited slushy daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water with in all heights, stacking the excavated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetres) layers, when required into plinths, of foundations etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement : 4 Sand : 8 graded stone Agg. 40 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in foundation and plinth complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concreate work 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand:3 graded Stone 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:In foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

In walls(any thickness) and not less than 0.10 mtr thickness attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses etc from top of foundation level up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

In suspended floor roofs,landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and centilevers upto floor two level i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:In foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

In Columns, pillars, posts and struts up to floor two level.

P/L cement concrete 1:3:6(1:cement :3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:- In foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc with batten & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete in:Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partition and the like i/c attached pillasters, butresses plinth and string course including all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of sunspended floor, roofs landings and the like floors etc upto 200mm thickness.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including, bending , binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (Tor Steel) with in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections , trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red paint :In grating, framed , guards, bars ladders, railling , brackets and similar works complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of Precast R.C.C ( SFRC ) Manhole cover with frame confirming to IS Specifications Code -12592 Part I & II with latest ammendments complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts. Medium Duty

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of DI pipe spigot and socketed pipe with CML(SBR tyton push on joint) I/C cost of bend complete as per IS 8329-2900 Class K7 Dimensions weight and test pressuers in all respect. 150 mm Dia
