Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed..

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including removal to rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6M means radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm (1:4) with WPC as per manufacturer instruction fair face of concrete brick work to wall surface finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed..Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separetely

Supply only Integral water proofing compound,complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing complete existing treatment including PCC pedding of roof surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc average tkickness not exc 25mm omplete all as specified and as directed. Note: Removing existing earth strip and refixing the same is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted including insolators, screws as requried.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 03 Kg of cement per Sqm,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. . Note:( water proof compound measured seperately)

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete PCC Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing and reinforced with polyster non woven laid fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) on primed surface by forced application including coating the surface with water based bituminous primer blow bitumen of 85/25 at 1.2 Kg/Sqm both at bottom and top of the membrance and finally finished with one coat of bitumenous aluminium primer at 100 gm per sqm complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instrcutions. Note : Work shall be carried out by manufacturer or his Authorised applicator of manufacturer.

Material & Labour for preparation of new wall surface applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint with silicone additives of required shade additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface over 1 mm thick wall care putty,complete all as specified and as directed..

Capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinder vertical with class top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including 20mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed including dismantling existing unserviceable PVC water tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position capacity exc 250litre and not exc 500 litre complete all as specified and directed
