Supply and fixing Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including taking out the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including taking out the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 here in before but fixing only of Air Termination rod 12mm dia nd 300mm long complete etc retrieved for reuse complete or all as directed and specified.

Fixing in repair only of Air Termination rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of test terminal block made of gun metal or phosporus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos, 8mm dia 25 mm long hex, head scew including taking out existing unsv test terminal blocks complete all as specified and directed

All as Ser Item No 5 here in above but fixing only test terminal block made of gun metal or any size complete etc retrieved for reuse complete or all as directed and specified by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminum strip 25x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws with rubber washers for protection of water leakage etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including taking out existing aluminium strip complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item Ser No 7 here in above but refixing only Aluminium strip including realiging of strip and refixing of PVC/Porcelain insulators with 6cm long screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors retrieved/or as existing ground complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing in repairs only aluminium strip 25x3.15 with saddles and fixing screws with rubber washers for protection of water leakage etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Galvanized iron strip 32x 6mm burried in ground/on surface/on wall including taking out the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 above but fixing only galvanized iron strip 32x6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing in repairs only GI Strip 32x6mm with saddles and fixing screws with rubber washers for protection of water leakage etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of copper strip 20x3.15 burried in ground/on surface/on wall including taking out the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing, 40mm bore, light grade with fittings like MS clamps, Nut & Bolts for fixing to wall or laind infloors complete all as specified and directed.

M&l PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) for install to air termination rod complete all specifed and direccted

S&F for porcelain base post insulators suitable to insulated strip from wall/fllor/ceiling including drilling holes to aluminium strip for fixing insulators and providing 2 nos rawl plugs and two Nos of rubber wahers to avoid any leakage in roof of appropriate size for sixing insulator to wall or floor or ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for UL listed, CPRI tested at 25 KA fault current for one second maintenance free, low carbon High tensile copper bonded steel earth rod of 10 feet long having diameter of 17.2mm with copper bonding thickness of 250 micron tested as per IEC 62561-2 & is provided with universal clamp made of SS to connect rod with flat conductor. Earth enchancing compund shall be of 30 Kg/pit (resistivity is 0.12 ohm meter) tested as per IEC 62561-7, by lab. The above arrngements shall be provided with heavy duty earth poly plastic cover of 6000Kg load bearing capacity.earth electrode shall be covered with not less than 30 Kgs of earth life compund .The excavaed gap shall be back filled with excavated earth and shall be properly consolidated with water. the earth pit entry PVC conduit is to be sealed with bitumen compound. the copper eath strip of size 20 x 3.15 mm from earth bus through PVC conduit is connected to earth test point by means of nut, bolts and washers. Necessary meggar is to be done in the presence of the Engr-in -Charge , and the reading should be as per IE standards and if desired results are not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. The earthing shall comply to IS 3043 Contractor has to provide manufacturer drawing and get if approved from Engr-in -Charge and AGE (I) before executing the work.
