Disamntling RCC post or struts any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground including cleaning and cutting of grass, shrubs, bushes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work, portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 40mm thick including all mouldings and set in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of existing one and removing debries upto outside MD Land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing made of 5.5mm dia wire with and including PVC coating of 1.3mm thickness and mesh size 50mm x 50mm complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts of 5 to 10 mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance upto outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick (avarage), Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, etc and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/flooring etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of flooring/hard standing, etc, and finished the cement concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for designer Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 23-25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 as in retaining walls, abutments and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 31 above but except stone complete ditto. (Note: Old serviceable stones as obtained from serial item No. 30 Above shall be re-used under this item after cleaning etc)

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, Hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface of granite or trap stone n exc 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished to concrete surface of drain 30cm inner girth in cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm including form mould, mitred/stopped etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab (For manhole etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/de-silting of lose mud, rubish etc from covered drain bed after removing and re-placing in its existing poistion of covers including uprooting of vegetation growth thoroughly and wire brushing including flushing with water so as to achieve smoth flow of water in drain of bed width upto 60 cm (soil mud upto 10cm depth) and removing rubish outside MD land and depositing in low laying area complete directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 75 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil, waste and vent pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, etc with all fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.
