Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for taking down/laying of pipe line etc of any description and in any position including forming sides and bottom surface to required level/ gradients complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n'exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Ductile iron specials/fittings for water pressure pipe such as tail piece, tapers, tee, bend etc, one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth, ISI marked suitable for up to 300 mm bore DI pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling and tapping cast iron water mains (in position) for branch connection of 20/25/40/50 mm dia including clamps, nut, bolts and rubber packing as required including brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing, galvanized iron water tubing medium grade (ISI Marked) including provision of all necessary fittings/accessories (ISI Marked) in trenches complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :- Note:- (Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ)

15mm dia stop valve/gate valve cast copper alloy screwed down high presure wdith butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and complete all as specified and directed.

20mm dia stop valve/gate valve cast copper alloy screwed down high presure wdith butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and complete all as specified and directed.

25mm dia stop valve/gate valve cast copper alloy screwed down high presure wdith butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in road surfacing, foundation and mass concrete complete including demolition of existing concreate all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20mm dia heavy duty Pop up sprinklers, adjustable type (full circule and part circle) operating pressure range 2.0 - 4.0 kg/sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under roads, foot path/Hard standing by trenchless technology including HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in CM including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1;4;8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone agg as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor including demolition of existing old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Granite stone of lakha red colour 20mm thick machine cut (table rubbed & polished), as in floors, cooking platforms steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and like bedded with and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone complete all as specified and directed..

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, coping, benching, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, kerbs, etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary from work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for manhole, drain etc) and simililar articles with plain faces including necessary form work etc, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ)

Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel works as in bands, straps, hold fast, angle cleats , man hole cover rungs, hard rails and similar small articles etc complete all as specified and directed.
