Sch 'A' Part - XIII : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix 15mm bore two way bib tap cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for galvanised iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 15mm bore angular stop cock, chromium plated fancy type, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL Supply and fix readymade RCC Septic tank 50 users, designed to carry sewage and sullage water, including earth work excavation, returning filling and PCC 1:4:8 lean concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix and connecting up BEE 5 star rated with brushless direct current (BLDC) motor ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep including with cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to fan, including writing MES No 2cm height with synthetic enamel black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan 300mm sweep heavy duty 900 rpm single phase 240 volts AC 50 Hz and connecting up complete including frame and louvers and provision of copper cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix telephone / TV socket, PVC / Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC conduit for telesocket and TV socket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium body LED light fitting 4 feet, 1 x 20 Watt, 220Volt AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium body LED light fitting mirror type with high output diffuser 2 feet, 1x10 Watt, 220 Volt AC decorative type with driver and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting 35 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact management in multiple optic complete with IP 65/66 protection including bracket made of 32/40 mm dia GI tubing light grade 1.2m long to bend shape and suitable size MS flat iron 32x6mm clamp, bolts, nuts, washers etc fixed on wall surfaces with all fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MS clamps shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of synchorinace primer and cost shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including GI wire 4mm dia and GI protection pipe 15mm dia and light grade connected to and including by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers made of GI as shown plate no 3 of SSR part 1 to the extent applicable to this item including necessary excavation earth work, PCC 1:3:6 chamber RCC 1:2:4 cover 50mm thick with 6mm TMT bar 100mm center to center watering pipe medium grade 20mm bore funnel wire mesh etc. and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for cutting the existing pipe line in position and inserting medium grade ISI marked GI Tee of size 40x40x40 mm and one number union of 40 mm dia for making branch connection all as specified and directed.

Construction of valve chamber of size 600mm x 600mm x 750mm internal size including necessary earth work, excavation, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including provision of mild steel cover 4mm thick on 40x40x6mm angle iron frame work with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and locking arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Material and labour for cutting bituminous road/PCC had standing for laying of UG cable, not exceeding 30 cm in width and 45 cm in depth and making good the disturbed surfaces as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 100 Amps 4 pole of rupturing capacity 25 KA, AC, 415 V and fixing on existing panel with suitable Lugs and connector complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing LT cable from the existing trenches of any size and relaying the same cable complete all as directed by Engr-in- charge.

LIGHTNING ARRESTOR Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper Strip of 30x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

COOLING APPLIANCES Supply, install, commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity of 80 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix single phase, wall mounting type, naturally air cooled indoor type voltage stabilizer of capacity 1.0 KVA for automatic operation; designed for input variation between 170 to 250 Volts and output voltage stabilized to 210 V to 230 V range with over voltage/ under voltage cut off time delay switch complete all as specified and directed.
