REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF LIGHT FITTING, INTERNAL WIRING, CEILING/EXHAUST FAN, ACS AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT IN CERTAIN MD ACCNS OF KANNUR AND MD/OTM ACCNS AT CALICUT MIL STNS UNDER GE (ARMY) TRIVANDRUM

Taking down old and unserviceable submain wiring any size of two core including earth wire complete including batten/ conduit and make good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. by plastering, white washing, distempering, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable distribution board any type including sheet metal enclosures, after removing all connection and make good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete for one light point controlled by one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded, copper conductor and drawing in and including PVC casing and capping/ non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit medium grade inclusive of conduit fittings such as Bends, Tees, reducers, etc and galvanized iron sheet steel terminal boxes of size 16 gauge thickness, light switches sockets with 3mm thick bakelite laminated sheet brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of 1.50 Sqmm nominal area solid conductor PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade single core FRLS cable with solid copper conductor green in colour with wire and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Wiring shall be done by using colour coding. (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour.

All as per SI item No. 4.00 here-in-before, One 3 pin, 6 Amps socket outlet on same board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per SI item No. 4.00 here-in-before, One 3 pin, 6 Amps socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per SI item No. 4.00 here-in-before but with using copper conductor of 2.5 Sqmm for one 3 pin socket outlet 16 Amps on independent and using 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete for one light point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi-stranded, copper conductor partly concealed in wall through PVC conduit and conduit accessories and partly surface on ceiling/ roof through PVC conduit and accessories of suitable size with modular metal flush boxes of suitable size & modules, concealed in walls with modular white plated cover as top cover fixed with screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc, multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly all as specified and directed Note: Cost of modular metal flush boxes concealed in wall with suitable white cover plate for mounting switches/ sockets, regulators, bell push etc and cost of cutting chases & making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar, if required any shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding i.e, Red, Yellow, Blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earthing. Cost of modular flush boxes, modular frame of suitable module/ size concealed to wall for mounting modular switch/ socket etc are included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No. 8.00 here in before, but for one 3 Pin, 6 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switches/ sockets complete all as specified and directed.
