Fabrication, providing and fitting of 250 mm dia 5.6 mm thick MS tail piece to the suction line having length of 02 meter approximately.

Providing and fitting of 250 mm dia rubber gaskets.

Providing and fitting of palmative packing.

Providing and fitting of 12 mm thick 250 mm dia MS flanged by way of welding works.

Repairs/periodic maintenance of 300 mm foot valve at LIS Nagrimalpora installed on suction by way of extraction of foot valve from their installed position by means of cutting damaged/rusted/worn out bolts. The job includes reconditioning of hinges, hinge bolts, weight plate, valve seat, valve body by way of welding, patching, grinding etc. Providing and fitting of rubber insertion cloth replacing the rusted/damaged parts, nuts, bolts, hinges etc as per requirement, cutting the old damaged/rusted MS bars of strainer and providing and fitting of new MS bars. Re-fitting to suction line and testing on full load. The job includes to and fro carriage charges from site to workshop through across a lead of approx. 40 km.
