Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-lIl) 4 graded Soak Pits

Providing designation 758 brick work in CM (1.6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar, joints cost of S Pits

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15" landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair soak pits

Supplying and filling of brick bats in soak pit all complete job

Carrage of materiais (i) Cement a lead of 10 km

(ii) Sand a lead of 15 km

(iii) Stone Chips a lead of 15 km

(iv) Bricks a lead of 8 km

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in hard soil (Vide Classification soil item B) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance up to 50 Mtr. including all lifts, leveling, ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, specification and direction of E/l.

Manufacture, supply and Delivery of following Nominal dia UPVC column pipes including PVC socket (Coupler), Providing and fixing Gun Metal Gate valve with C I wheel of approved quality (screwed end)

Lowering, Laying and Jointing H. D. P. E./M. D.P. E. pipes in proper position including all specials by compression fitting/electro fusion and butt fusion jointing

Supplying and fixong G.I. fittings of approved make all complete as per specification and direction of E/l.

Earth work in back filling the trenches after laying different types and size of pipes with earth removed during excavation within initial lead and lift as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
