Execution in foundation trenches etc. in all kind of soil as per pick work, jumper work, blasting work including chiseling wedging etc. with all lifts atacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required in to plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth/debris as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with all leads and other incidentials.

P/L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Sand: 4 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work i.e. cutting hosting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red oxide in beams, joints chanels, angles or angle chamber and cross beams, hips and joint rafter, purlins, common rafter etc.

P/F 0.6mm thick pre-painted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped matallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polisher (RNP) organic coating of micro over 5 Microns coating to black coat and priming coating the fixing with pre-painted iron and J or L hooks, bolts, 6mm daya etc.

P/F ridges or hips 60cm over all the with 0.6mm thick pre-painted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped matalitic zinc coted sheet with top cot of regular modified polishter organic cot by the 20 microns primer coting back cot of polishter with pre-painted J&L hooks, bolts, nuts 0.6mm daya etc.

P/F cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 03 sand :06 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) curing complete in open foundation plinth & etc.

Providing and laying border filling under flooring by manual labolur complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (01 cement 04 sand 08 gradded Stone agg. 20mm. Nominal size)
