Cleaning and removing all scales and deposited materials in water tank of capacity exceeding 250 ltr not exceeding 500 ltrs at any height by applying bleaching powder, brushes for removing deposited materials, including cleaning the surrounding area and draning out existing water complete all as specified and directed. Note- The cost of bleaching powder brush for removing scals & cleaning the surrounding area near tank and dumping the mud outside the primises shall be deemed to include in the above item rate. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of writing the date of cleaning on the tank.

S&F in repairs straight plain brass ferrules of 20 mm dia bore (or connecting screw) , screwed both ends complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing old/rusted leakage pipe line along wth wall or in floor or in trenches and taking down/ up and providing new short length/ pieces of GI tubing 0 to 2 feet length along with GI fitting i.e union, sockets, tee, elbow, nipple , long screws etc all as per site requirement and making the pipe line leakage proof and restore the supply of size 15 to 20 mm dia complete with threading etc complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge

Cutting existing old/rusted leakage pipe line along wth wall or in floor or in trenches and taking down/ up and providing new short length/ pieces of GI tubing 0 to 2 feet length along with GI fitting i.e union, sockets, tee, elbow, nipple , long screws etc all as per site requirement and making the pipe line leakage proof and restore the supply of size 25 to 50 mm dia complete with threading etc complete all as specified and as directed by Enngineer-in-charge

Rectification of leakage in CI Pipe line 80 to 150 mm dia including filling of lead as per requirement to the existing joint complete with excavation returing filling and removal of surplus soil and make the line leakage proof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in -charge. Note - CI Fittting shall be measured and separately

S&F in replacement for Ductile cast iron bends in replacement ( of any size any radius and any angle) taper any type straight, bend increasing and decreasing or double socket etc, Tee pieces single branch piece, Y pieces double branch piece, cross piece tail , collers, caps ,plugs etc socketed or flanged conforming to IS 1538 laid in tenches or on surface( excavation earthwork , lead joints and flanged joints shall be measured and paid for separately) Fittings shall be of size upto 200 mm bore

Taking sample of water from jack well/filter house and getiing tested from PHED, Raw water test to be carried out by Directorate of PUBLIC HEALTH ENGINEERING OFFICE by collection of sample from source of water physical and chemical and BACTERIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS to be carried out in every months and report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge duly signed.

Taking out the old blocked/rusted GI Pipe from its original position including fittings of size 15/80 mm and cleaning the internal portion scaling to opening blockage and refixing the same to its original position including making water connection complete all as specified and as direction by Engineer-in -charge

S&F in repair pressure gauge 4" dial 0-14 kgs rating with syphon & valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rectifing defects on water supply, pumping/supply mains GI/CI/DI/PP-R alongwith fittings/valves of any sizes 15 mm to 200 mm complete removing, cleaning and refixing including replacement of the unserviceable parts and restoring water supply all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate for any fittings and other items for rectifying defects shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule. (ii) All tools required for carrying out the works and jointing of PP-R pipe shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate. (iii) The above work shall be carried out on requirement basis on complaints received in the MES service centre.

Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embossed with contractor's firm name while carrying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date. The subject tender caters all the taxes & levies as on date including the latest notification of GST issued as on date ( issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs)
