Maintaining of Package No.2 Roads under (R&B) Section-1, Palamaner for the Year 2026-27

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers by manually in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with power roller 8/10 ton to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Providing B.T. patch work for pot holes of depth ranging from 50 to 70 mm, using 40 to 45mm IRC HBG metal with required quantity of 9.50-11.20mm size IRC HBG key chips and 42 Kgs of 80/100 grade bitumen per one cum of work for filling the pot holes including removal of loose material in the pot holes trimming the edges to provide firm vertical faces cleaning applying tack coat filling the pot holes compacting with 8-10T power road roller to achieve the desired compaction and finishing including sand flusing cost and conveyance of coarse aggregate to site of work including cost and conveyance of 80/100 grade bitumen (Including wastage) to work site and all operational charges of all T&P cost of diversion traffic, providing caution boards etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers in the following reaches as per MoRT&H Specification 3004

Providing BT Patch work for pot holes of depth ranging from 25 to 35 mm, using 19-22 mm IRC HBG machine crushed metal with required quantity of 9.5-11.2 mm size IRC HBG key chips and 80/100 grade Bitumen at 72 kgs/1 cum of work for filling the pot holes including removal of loose material in the pot holes trimming the edges to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning, applying tack coat, filling the pot holes, compacting with 8-10 T power road roller to achieve the desired compaction and finishing including sand flusing cost and conveyance of 80/100 grade bitumen (including wastage) to work site and operational charges of all T&P cost of diversion traffic, providing caution boards etc., complete as direted by departmental officers in the following reaches as per MoRT&H specification 3004.

Clearing heavy jungle from the road side including all labour charges for removing cutting and burning in to ashes etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers during execution of work

Berm sectioning & Repairs to Shoulders in loamy and clayey soils like B.C soils, Red earth and ordinary gravel with an initial lead of 10 Mts and lift of 2 mts and cutting high berms or filling of low berms including cost of labour charges for breaking clods neat sectioning ramming with Iron rammers etc., complete and as directed during execution of work.

Making up of loss of materals/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting with appropriate equipments etc., complete
