P/L chemseal of equivelent injection water proofing (post construction) treatment to the under above ground structure as per direction of the architect E/I i/c the cost of labour and material the injection method will include three operations
Operation I: holes about 20 to 25 mm in and 25 to 40 mm deep are to be made & about 1.0 to 1.50 m. apart in the entire floor & walls in addition all the constructions joints are opened by making grooves as to reach reinforcement are than fixed in these holes.
Operation II: After left the nozzle to set for about 24 hours chemseal cement slurry is injected through those nozzel under pressure or by gravity which runs through minute and cracks in the entire structure.
Operation III: The nozzel are then removed and 40 mm thich chemseal cement plaster with stone agg. Embedded is laid at the bottom. (AOR)
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavater)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm. on plan) i/c dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, i/c getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. in all kind of soil.
