Dewatering of existing water tank cleaning the inside surfaces of the tank by scraping down walls & bottom surface using steel wire bushes to remove all dusputation/fungus, other micro-organism etc using light hammer and wire brushes, taking out removing sediment loose dirt/mud sludge, vegetation and other foreign material completely from the tank including disposal of all the waste/spoil outside of MD land at a place as specified by the engineer-in-Charge and washing repeatedly the inside surfaces of the tank with water and applying antibacterial sterilisation spray to walls, floors and ceilings all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Date of cleaning shall be painted on water tanks in block letter (by making stencils) of size exc 20cm but not exc 30cm height all as dierected by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mater and labour for chipping out/taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster loose/unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing internal/external surfaces of wall, RCC Slab/Beam/Columns, RCC facias etc average depth upto 15mm (at at approx height upto 26 Mtr from natural ground level to top of over haed tank) with power driven of pneumatic chisel and removal of rubbish/retrieved materials outside MD land including cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of the cavities, roughening the smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick plain cement concrete (1:1 1/2 : 3) with using 6mm and down graded crushed stone chips mixed with Superplasticlsers Concrete Adminture ofby application of approved products out of the makes/brands mentioned in Appendix 'A' of Particular Specifications all as specified and finished the surface even and smooth using extra cement at (an approx height upto 26 Mtr from natural ground level) inside tank (Bottom down surface ) all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing filling expoxy putty into crack after opening up cracks in V-groove manner, approximate 5 X5mm size using mechanical cutter, properly cleaning the same to remove loose dust, dirt etc and filling the same using three component, solvent free, thyxotropic, Epoxy resin bases putty having 100% solid contents, density of 1.64-1.68 g/cc, compressive strength @ 7 days-50 N/mm2, pot file of 40 minutes at 25 Degree centigrade, Drying time 8 hrs, at 25 Degree Centrigrade. Recoatable time 24 hrs after finishing in line and level with existing concrete surface etc including for Reinstatement of the imperfections and blow holes/pits with polymer mortar all as specified in manufactures instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge by application of approved products out of the makes/brands mentioned in Appendix 'A' of Particular Specifications.

Material and labourL for fixing/sealing of GI nozzles for repair to cracks and damaged existing surfaces of RCC OHT (at an approx height upto 26 Mtr from natural ground level) by structural strengthening using epoxy injecting grouting with MAXGROUT E 10 of Thermax Ltd or equivalent of makes as specified in Apendix 'A' to PS approved by the GE complete all as specified and as directed as under :- (a) Fixing of GI nozzles in Zig-zag fashion not more than 50cm c/c on RCC surfaces on all directions as required after drilling holes in concrete, fixing of GI nozzles with fast setting mortar and covering with renderoc plug. The size of holes shall be 20mm dia and 75mm in depth and exposing 50mm from finished outer surfaces of concrete column with temporary sealing to avoid blocking of holes in nozzle mouth complete all as applicators instuctions. (b) Epoxy injection grouting shall be carried out by using standard pressure grouting pump after mixing design and hardner as per manufacture's instructions to the extent till refuse to accept further grout complete. (c) Cutting and flusing of nozzles with surface after competing grouting and sealing the nozzles with cement morter (1:1) and preparing the surface to match the the existing surfaces all as directed by application of approved products out of the makes/brands mentioned in Appendix 'A' of Particular Specifications.

Material and labour for providing and fixing of welded MS wire mesh weighing not less than 1.50 Kg/sqmtr and applying single component, cementitious corrosion, inhibiting primer of approved make on exposed steel reinforcement and applying two component epoxy resin based bonding agent having , compressive strength in 7 days shall be > 40 MPa, tensile strength @ 7 days > 15 MPa, flexural strength shall be > 25 Mpa, and shall bive bond strength > 11 MPa complete all as specified by application of approved products out of the makes/brands mentioned in Appendix 'A' of Particular Specifications.

Material and labour for providing rendering 20mm thick of cement mortar using Thermax BS 5F (Single component thixopropic fibre reinforced polymer modified repair mortar) to be applied in concrete surfaces as per Manufacture's instructions of thermax or equivalent in as specified in PS to achieve compressive strength of 15 N/mm square in 1 Day, 25 N/mm square in 3 Days adhesion bond strength of > 2 N/mm square, furnished the surface even and smooth all as specified and directed by application of approved products out of the makes/brands mentioned in Appendix 'A' of Particular Specifications.

Material and labour for applying two coats of water proofing and protective coating on walls, floors and ceiling etc using Industrial ROL 10 with mucis properties-High performance elastomieric cementitious Non-toxic waterproofing coating complies to ASTM D4541, ASTM C 836, DIN 1048 p.5, ASTM D 412 having shore Hardness 'D' Scale-20, Non Vplatile, Low Temperature flexibility test, tensile strength, 0.4 Mpa, elongation 20% of approved makes as specified in PS. Coating to be applied after proper surface preparation to remove all loose dust dirt etc, cleaning mixing using slow speed electric drill and application of 2 coats complete all as per Manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge by application of approved products out of the makes/brands mentioned in Appendix 'A' of Particular Specifications.

Material and labour for providing and laying 200mm thick single layered plastering of surface using fiber reinforced polymer modified repair mortar using single component thixotropic fiber reinforced polymer modified repair mortar applied by trowel, duly reinforced with specially designed specially shaped alkali resistant synthetic fibers for exceptional resistance to cracking so as to achieve a compressive strength of 11 Mpa in 1 day and 30 Mpa in 28 days and a minimum flexural strength of 6 Mpa @ 7 day as tensile Patch Up complete all as specified and to be applied as per Manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Chargeby application of approved products out of the makes/brands mentioned in Appendix 'A' of Particular Specifications.

Material and labour for grinding the entire cured surface and applying two coats of hygienic coating on inner wall & floors/bottms of sump/OHT using Thermax 2 part, solvent free epoxy resin coating for lining and potable water retaining structures having 100% solio contents, approved by CFTRI (USFDA-1750300) and complies to ASTM D 2370, etc non-toxic cured film meets requirements as per IS 9883:1981 or equivalent coating of make as specified. Coating to be applied after proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, dirt etc, cleaning, mixing microns DFT complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge by application of approved products out of the makes/brands mentioned in Appendix 'A' of Particular Specifications.

Material and labour for providing and applying T-Guard AC of approved makes as specified in PS, having High performance Water Based aliphatic protective coating to exposed concrete or masonry surface after proper surface preparation, cleaning of dust, dirt etc. System should be application of T-Guard as chemical water based acrylic polymer primer cum sealer coating coverage @ 8-10 Sqm/liter/coat on prepared surface and application of 2 coats of T-Guard AC chemicals at 260-280 microns DFT coverage @ 5 Sqp/liter/coat @ 200 microns WFT using suitable brush or roller complete to be applied as per Manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge by application of approved products out of the makes/brands mentioned in Appendix 'A' of Particular Specifications.

Material and labour for preparation of newly/old external surfaces of walls and water retaining portions , columns, beams, domes plastered wall including washing, cleaning at (an approx height upto 26 Mtr from natural ground level) and applying two coats of exterior antifungal 100% Aacrylic Ultima Apex paint (Weather coat paint) over one coat of alkali resistant primer as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for MS framed work such as grills,Gates, gradings,ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways railing frame work and similar work confirming to FE 290 Gde E-165 all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new/ old steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly/old internal surfaces of OHT Staging walls portion incl columns, beams, domes plastered wall including washing, cleaning at (an approx height upto 26 Mtr from natural ground level) and applying two coats of whitel washincluding necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
