Repair work at GSSS Kutiara Block Rakkar Distt. Kangra under PDNA 2023

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and vibrated and curring complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete works including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. Suspended floor, roofs, landings, shelves and their support, balconies, beams,girders, bressumers and cantilevers in all heights.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor-V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix :1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand). including carriage of material in all lead & lifts.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

20 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse : sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete including carriage of material in all lead & lifts.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall/ ceiling surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thouroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth,including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all lead & lifts.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including carriage of material in all lead & lifts.
