| 2 | Supply and installation of Steel reinforced synthetic erosion control mat which consist of a polypropylene filaments three-dimensional matrix having random shape that extruded onto a mechanically woven double twisted (DT) hexagonal steel wire mesh (mesh type 6x8, wire diameter 2.2 mm with Zn Polymer coating) forming Geo-composite having maximum covermanagement factor (C-factor) of 0.0028, 0.013, 0.032 for rainfall intensity of 50 mm/h, 100mm/h and 150mm/h respectively by full scale test run as per ASTM D6459 certified and signed by CPEC. The proposed erosion control reinforced Geomat shall have 55-65 % ground coverage and 35-45% light penetration and having nominal thickness of 12mm (EN ISO 9863-1), a minimum mass per unit area not lower than to 1680 gm/m2 (EN ISP 9864), nominal longitudinal Tensile strength of 35 kN/m as per EN ISO 10319, and a void index not lower than 90% for effective soil protection to promote a full development of the vegetation including embedding the mat in to slope and supplying and fixing U pins of 8mm diameter of typical depth 500mm at designed spacing, with all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge. Supply and application of High Performance- Flexible Growth Medium (HP-FGM) which is100% biodegradable, composed of 100% recycled, thermally refined (within a pressurized vessel) virgin wood fibres, crimped interlocking biodegradable fibres, mineral activators, and wetting agents (including high-viscosity colloidal polysaccharides, cross linked biopolymers and water absorbents) along with STANDARD prescriptive agronomic formulations such as fertilizer, extended-term dyes, soil pH modifiers, bio stimulant materials and seeds which is hydraulically-applied for Erosion control. Supply and application of Biotic Soil Media (BSM) - a combination of recycled Thermally Refined bark and wood fibres with a proprietary blend of biopolymers, biochar, seaweed extract, humic acid, endomycorrhiza and other beneficial constituents along with desired Agronomical Formulations and seed combinations. All components of the Biotic Soil Media blend shall be of naturally derived and renewable, and engineered to optimize moisture retention, growth and establishment of vegetation.
