Description
Dismantling of all hubs and end dises
Dismantling of both couplings
Dismenteling of both bearing and adopter sleeves.
Maching and builtup the bore and kayway of all the hubs and end discs and remachine it to suit the shaft size.
Machineining of the Shaft at disc area
Make the keyway and new key is to be fit in the kayway
Machining all the pins washers and new loose washers are to be provided for maintaining the space.
New spacer to be proved in between the discs and end discs.
Fitting of all the Hubs and end discs as shrink fitting.
Tightning of both side nuts.
Hammer pins will be removed and relocated the new pin to suit disc range to avoid the un balance the rotor.
