S&F powder coated anodised aluminium alloy sections 3 tier track sliding windows series B weight of section frame 1.248Kg/m and shutter section weight 0.547 kg/m jindal or equivalent duly fitted with neoprene beading, glazing clips, tinted glass panes 5.0mm nominal thickness, aluminium wire cloth 0.45 mm dia and average width of aperture 1.4mm, aluminium alloy handles etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rate shall include all glazing/aluminium wire cloth, rubber packing, joining, cleats, glazing clips, aluminium snap beading, locking arrangements, handle etc.)

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium ventilator with fixed aluminium frame of size 65x40x1.98mm thick or equivalent section fixed in vertical position with aluminium vertical members and half portion to be approved with 4mm thick pin head glass and remaining protion to be ouvered using 4mm thick pinhead glass and louvered porition covered with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm incl necessary channel frame work, including rubber gasket and aluminium beading completed all as specified and directed. (Note : Rates shall include all glazing/aluminium wire cloth, rubber packing, joining, cleats, glazing clips, aluminium snap beading etc.)

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces(for roof treatment) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @200ml/50 Kg of cement complete all as specified. (Note :- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as " Supply Only".)

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane( minimum 3mm thick) weight not less than 3.00Kg/sqm and reinforced with non-woven polyser reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with polythene finish on upper side of membrane, laid by torch application method with overlaps 150mm on length side and 100mm on th width side as per manufacturer's instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminus oil based primer(IS-3384) @300gm/sqm and applying two coats of aluminium paint 0.20litre/sqm (APP should be applied by authorized applicator) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor/pavements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring (pre-mirror polished) over and including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm cement plastering in cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid (joint free) ceramic coloured tiles of 8mm to 10mm mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or beading layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 450 mmX 300 mmX7 mm thick or equivalent set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar(1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick, concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixing with WPC @ 200 ml /50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Preparing of spalled RCC surfaces due to seepage not exceeding 50 mm deep by exposing fully corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scales and corrosion deposites mechanically or ideally by gril blasting, clean the surfaces and remove loose concrete, any dust, oil paint , grease etc and pre-wet the surface with water and allow to dry slightly, apply approved zinc primer over the cleaned re-bars & allow to dry before repair and the substrate should be primed by applying one neat/clear coat of approved Epoxy bonding agent, finally apply Polymer Mortar of approved Make prepared as per manufacturer instructions (laid in 10 to 15mm thickness with bonding agent accompanied after each 15mm layer) to the prepared substrate by hand when primer becomes tacky ensuring that the material reached evenly behind bars including curing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

PART-II Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, foundation and erection of poles and stays in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electrification and taking down old DBs( any type of vertical load line/TPN/SPN DBs including MCB any type & capacity) and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Temporary power supply shall be provided by the contractor)

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring aluminium etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floor etc matching with the existing surface.

Taking down old unserviceable existing service/UG cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting electric supply, taking downfan, sealing cable ends, dismantling blades ceiling fan any size from existing position and bringing to MES yard for cleaning all dust, oiling and greacing and hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed. all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, regulators, sockets, light fittings and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces by applying white/ colour wash/distemper over applying of putty for smooth finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, FR-LSH type, ISI marked, conforming to IS-694/1990 unsheathed, multistranded, single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade colour code cables drawn through and including PVC Conduit 20 mm dia medium grade (MMS) and including cutting, chasing work at any height and all accessories concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. flush mounting MS box with top, bottom, side/back wall knockout for conduit entry from any direction made out of 1.60mm thick and 50mm depth suitable for fixing of modular top cover , blanking plate as per numbers of switch modules, modular switches, sockets, fan regulators, red colour indicator, blank plates etc as approved coloures modular accessories of suitable modules and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded FR-LSH type unsheathed single core cable with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces by applying white/colour wash/distemper as applicable after applying of putty for smooth finish surface complete all as specified and directed for the following:- (Note:- (i) All necessary accessories such as blank plate, MS box, screws, washers etc are to be used of same make/brand only in relevant items. M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 115mm x .75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep including required watering and consolidation after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Takind down existing electric meter carefuly from the meter box and refixed the same in the new location completed all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and commissioning water heater storage type, eletric operated, capacity 25 Litres, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all connected accessories suitable for AC supply, 240 volts, 50 Hz including connecting with water supply pipe line and all water and electrical connection complete with necessary PVC connection pipe all as specified and directed. S&F of exhaust fan 250 mm sweep made of strudy engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, 1200 RPM, copper winding, 240 volts, AC, 50 Hz as approved colour and connecting of electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of heavy duty type exhaust fans AC single phase 230/240 V of size 300 mm sweep, 900 RPM with louver and necessary connection, testing including cutting the existing wall surfaces of brick/stone masonry and making the hole of any height for fixing the exhaust fan with nuts, bolts and washers after grouting in PCC including mild steel jalli and wooden frame for avoid insects after complete all as specified and directed.
