Round the Clock Operation & Comprehensive maintenance of all EMS for T E Bldg, K R, RAJKOT as per details given in relevant section & Schedule of Inventories given in Section-I & as per specification attached.(Section-IV) including minor repairs if any.

SITC of APP type Power capacitor bank having capacity of 25 kVAr rating in the existing APFC panel suitable for operation on 415 V, 50 HZ.,3 phase, AC Supply incl. removing of old damaged / unserviccable power capacitor, making connections etc.comp. as reqd.(Note: Credit for Dismantled material to be taken into account while quoting rates)

Replacement of 70A Rating ,3(Three) Pole, AC 3 Duty contactor against faulty exsiting contactor in Capacitor Panel including installation, connection, testing , credit of dismantled material etc complete as required. (Note: Credit for Dismantled material to be taken into account while quoting rates)

Replacing of the following spares/ component in control panel of Existing Auto F/D system with same make & model including , making connections, testing and comissioning etc.comp. as reqd.

Refilling of existing 4.5 kgs. CO2 type fire extinguishers including transportation to authorised service centre including testing, pvdg. data sheet sticker & factory certificate etc as required

Replacement / supply of 12 Volts, 24 AH rating sealed maintenance free battery in dully charged condition i/c fixing making connection testing etc.as required( Make - Excide, prestolite, Standard, furukowa,space sheeter, Amar Raja, Bosch, Hitachi, Kirloskar) (Note : Credit of Dismantled material to be taken into account while quoting rates)

Replacement of / supply of Electronic hooter of 4Watts suitable for existing Auto.F/D system by new one etc.comp. as reqd, ( Only Card only )

Supplying and Charging fresh refrigerent R-22 / R- 410 including, Nitrogen pressure testing & arresting leakage , vaccumization / dehydrating of entire circuit including pump down the system etc complete as reqd.

Carrying out leak testing of A.C. Package condensor coils , evaporator coils, other parts of the refrigerant circuit with nitrogen gas, brazing the leak points, flushing the system, vaccuumizing, making the system leak proof, supplying and charging the system with R-22 / R-410 refrigerant gas including testing & commissioning etc. complete as reqd.(Cost of gas included in item no 8)

Rewinding of condenser motor of 0.75 to 1.00 HP capacity suitable for operation on 3 Phase, 415 Volts AC Supply etc. complete as required.

Carrying out leak testing of Window/ Split AC unit with nitrogen gas, brazing the leak points, flushing the system, vaccumizing, making the system leak proof, testing & commissioning by carging required quantity of R22 / R410 refrigerent gas etc. complete as reqd.

Repairing of Control Panel of 7 TR AC Package Units including repairing of control wiring, replacement of faulty SP/SPN/TPN MCB, checking and testing, etc complete as required.

Carry out of "B" check of 750 kVA DG set i/c replacement of lube oil, element type lube oil filter/screw type lube oil filter, set of fuel filter, air filter, tightening of all nut bolts for arresting all king of leakages cleaning of the air filter, Tapped setting adding distilled water in the battery, checking of the battery etc as reqd.

Supplying & installation of 180 Ah capacity 12 Volt low maintenance type lead acid battery along with heavy duty brass leads for above engine including filling initial charging & applying anticorrossive chemical on leads connections testing etc i/c credit of return of unserviceable old battery as required. ( Make -Excide, Prestolite, Standard, Furukowa, AMCO, Amar Raja,Hitachi) (Note : Credit of Dismantled Material to be considered while quoting rate) (Note : Credit of the Dismanlted material to be taken into account while quoting rates)

Attending the site withous material for rectification of Oil leakage from Oil Pan of Existing 750 kVA EA Set i/c checking and testing etc complete as required ( Note : This item will be measured only if Oil Leakage is completely attended and DG set is made functional)
