Supply, fabrication, erection and commissioning of 3 or 4 legged Narrow Base Tower for supporting microwave Dish antennae and camera unit with following minimum specifications and features : Dimensions : Height of the tower : 24 mtrs, square base of 1.0 m2 , square top of 0.35 m2 sides, 4 legged ,it is tapered throughout with base width and top width as specified, Bottom base foundation : 1 mtr x 1mtr x 1mtr, Top side- 0.3048mtr x 0.3048mtr x 0.3048mtr with GI pipe, Foundation of the tower concreting : 1.0mtr sqr , The type of Foundation of the tower should be designed as per IS standard & safe bearing capacity as 75 KN/m2 (min) . The tower shall be provided with lighting Arrestor and proper earthing. The erection of tower foundation should be with concrete proportion of 1:3:6 & M20 concrete shall be used for reinforcement. Control of concrete shall be as per IS 456 : 2000.The earth base plates should be galvanized as major portion of them may be directly undergo. Tower shall be operational and able to withstand the wind velocity corresponding to wind zone 47 m/s as per standard , including the cost of Concrete and deformed steel bars for foundation and all other charges.
