M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding/ levelling course using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separetely

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric membrane (APP based) with non woven polyester mat as reinforcement with following:- (a) M&L for surface preparation by removal/ taking down of existing treatment of tar felt/ tiling/loose particle to ensure or clean smooth and dry surface and preparing the surface. (b) M&L for providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surface.

(c) M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3 mm thickness of weight not less then 3.6 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster fiber reinforcement weighing not less than 150 gm/Sqm as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with side over laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacturers instruction. (d) M&L for finishing of top surface by a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm grouted all as specified and as per manufacturers instruction. (e) M&L for providing pond test with filling of water over roof slab continuously for 48 hours all as specified and directed. (f) M&L for providing template of size 450 x 450 mm to each bldg where roof treatment is carried out with marking CA No, date of roof treatment, expiry date, etc all as specified and directed. Note:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got execute through authorised manufacturers/Applicator.

M/L for Designer ceiling board 4mm thick with GI framed work of size 4mm main 'T' 24x38.5mm and cross T of size 24X28.5mm thick made out of PGI sheet 0.30mm thick doubled at web and single at flange, flange covered with powder coated sheet 0.25mm thick and angle 24x24x0.4mm covered with powder coated sheet 0.25mm thick for ceiling, ceiling boards 60cmX60CmX4mm thick, suspended with GI wire 3mm dia and up to 2 mtr long complete incl plugging in brick walls with steel rawl plugs @ 600mm C/C including taking down wall/ceiling boards Asbestos plywood of any thickness including cover filletscomplete alll as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing water tank and S&F new Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layer of 1000 Ltrs capacity including 20mm dia bore PTMT ball valve, hoisted and fixed in position and making all necessary connections with and including connectors of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing water tank and S&F new Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layer of 500 Ltrs capacity including 20mm dia bore PTMT ball valve, hoisted and fixed in position and making all necessary connections with and including connectors of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water storage tank of any description (PVC, Cemented, AC or GI ) n.exc 500 Ltrs capacity, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from bottom & walls of tank and washing down including cleaning the mouth of inlet & outlet pipes etc, re-fixing in the same position and marking date of cleaning and next due date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint using stencil cut letters & figures complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water storage tank of any description (PVC, Cemented, AC or GI ) exc 500 Ltrs but n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from bottom & walls of tank and washing down including cleaning the mouth of inlet & outlet pipes etc, re-fixing in the same position and marking date of cleaning and next due date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint using stencil cut letters & figures complete all as specified and directed.
