Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 70 Watt LED street light luminaire made up of die-cast aluminium housing, with IP66 degree of protection, complete with the driver, LEDs with optical lens, toughened glass cover, etc. The luminaire should have suitable for operation on voltage range 140-270V, 1Φ, 50Hz AC supply system, and a mechanical impact resistance rating of lk>=07. surge protection of ≥ 10KV, PF≥ 0.90 and minimum system luminous efficacy of 120 lm/W. The luminaire shall be designed for an average system life L70B50: 50000 hours and suitable for mounting on the pole bracket up to outer dia 50 mm, including installation on existing street light pole bracket connections and earthing etc., as required. LM 79 and LM 80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL/UL accredited lab to verify the above parameters.The contractor shall provide a warranty for the above-LED light fixtures for five years. The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy >140 lumens per watt, ingress protection of IP66, and a mechanical impact resistance rating of IK >=07. The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 100–300 V, surge protection of > 10 KV, and a PF of > 0.95. A1The fixture shall be designed for a system life of 50,000 hours at 70% lumen maintenance. LM 79 reports need to be submitted from a NABL or UL-accredited lab to verify the above parameters.
