24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The scope shall include transportation, loading, unloading, shifting to the designated foundation/base, installation, alignment, connection, testing and commissioning, including all necessary consumables, fasteners, supports, cables/terminations and other incidental works required for complete commissioning. The manufacturer shall conduct a full-load performance/load test at the manufacturer's works in accordance with the relevant specifications and applicable standards and shall submit the test certificate/results to the Engineer-in-Charge. The DG set shall be tested at site after installation and commissioned successfully in the presence of the Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative. The complete DG set shall be supplied as a fully assembled, tested and commissioned unit, including all standard accessories and equipment necessary for satisfactory and trouble-free operation.

(Note:-Only Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide & Pesticide will be provided by the Department and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the Per Sqm/ contractor) and as per direction of officer in chargeFrequency: once in month in the area decided by WHM

Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forke and keeping the lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing including spreading of good earth/sludge etc as per requirement, mowing using lawn mowers and trimming of Damaged trees plants and bushes in Lawns or from any other garden within CW Complex at least once in 3 weeks and as per additional requirement. Frequency: Once in 3 months in the area decided by WHM

Cleaning of Floor of godowns, brushing of stacks, recovery of grains from sweeping and filling in palla bags, cleaning of store room of the warehouse and arranging in a systematic manner , including Safe disposal of garbage/ Refuse or solid waste, scraps after segregating Organic /recyclable and inorganic waste to the dustbins placed at designated disposal sites (secondary collection centres near Office/ Godown (s) and any other place within CW Complex. Cleaning of all Toilets /Washrooms / drinking water utilities and other similar amenities within CW Complex.with water including flushing as per requirement including cost of broom, brush, wipers, cloth etc (only Toilet cleaning chemical shall be provided by WHM ) Frequency: Twice daily and payment shall be done based on no of washrooms blocks (comprising urinals, WC, Wash basins, faucet, wall tiles, floor tiles etc complete )cleaned

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of WHM . (The old date written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account). Frequency: Once in 6 months

Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of WHM.

Cleaning of chocked / existing drain of campus / sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having adequate suction capacity or by deploying manual labour and adequate water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervisor etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm.frequency or by deploying manual labour to make drainage system choke and water logging free complete work as per direction of WHM . Frequency : Twice a year or as per requirement and quantity to be decided by WHM
