Supply and fix voltage stabiliser for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stablised at 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying UG cable/foundation of poles and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling hard/dense soil, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Spreading and levelling only riddled earth for cushioning and covering of the UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination Heat/cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, laying of cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts(Earthed) grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 185 sqmm including connection with suitable lugs,nut,bolts etc ,testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(From existing RMU at 3 Squadron to proposed 315 KVA CSS)

CSS shall be as per IEC 62271-202. Technical requirements :- • The Compact substation shall be tested for internal arc test IAC –AB for 21KA for 1 sec (A-operator, B-pedestrian). This has to be validated by Type test certificate as per IEC 67721-202 & same shall be submitted along with tender. CSS design, invoicing, ownership, Service responsibility & warranty shall be of OEM on whose name all Type tests are issued. Type tests shall be conducted on CSS as per IEC 62271-202 in the name of OEM.

• CSS, RMU, Vacuum Interrupter bottle, ACB/MCCB shall be of same OEM make on whose name all Type tests are issued.This is to ensure better reliability, quality wokmanship ,performance and service support and overall life cycle optimization. • CSS manufacturer shall fulfill temperature class K10 as per IEC 62271-202 and confirm with suitable report. As CSS is an integrated modular system, CSS manufacturer shall decide & offer good quality transformer make from their end and offer atleast two transformer makes duly checked by CSS OEM team to ensure quality , service & reliability of transformer. Supply and fix powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with 605mm x 605mm size, consisting of main Tee of size 23.50mm x 36.50mm x 1.50mm, cross Tee of size 23.50mmx23.50mmx1.50mm and wall angle of size 36.00mm x 25.00mm x 1.50mm of approved make including all necessary cuttings, fixing of aluminium section firmly in position with and including steel hangers 6 mm dia G.I. wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 40 mm long in soffit of slab/walls with and including provision of 12mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre 600mm x 600mm size, fixed in ceiling, flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed.

General Note on BOQ: (i) The contractor/tenderer should note that construction by other agency for civil work is already going on at the location of the execution mentioned in the contract. (ii) The tenderer shall make all necessary arrangement and planning to follow sequencing of activities under progress by the civil contractor in order to complete the work as per timeline stipulated in the contract agreement.No delay on account of any such hindrance/interference shall be admitted. (iii) Quoted rates includes cost of making good any damages caused to existing assets. (iv) Cutting of false ceiling & making good any damage caused during execution of work is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (v) Contractor shall be liable to repair/replace components found damaged if any during DLP even after expiry of Guarantee/Warranty period offered by the AC manufacturer. (vi) Contractor shall visit the site of work before participating the bidding process. (vii) Contractor shall depute one technician to check the functionality of AC system and for frequent check up/periodical maintenance instructed by OEM and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge during defect liability period of this contract.
