Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m depth in hard/dense soils and getting out.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in hard / dense soil and getting out.

Removal : Removing excavated material(soils) exc. 500m but n.exc 1500m and depositing where directed.

Moorum : Supply and filling of Moorum/Red Bajri, filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Hard core : Hardcore with broken stone/ boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread, levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick and watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Stone Masonry : Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Pointing: Flush pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in cement mortar 1:4.

PCC Flooring : PCC 1:3:6 in floors/ paving of type C-2, with 40mm graded aggregate, 100 mm thick . Concreting should be done in panels as directed. Complete all as specified and directed.

PCC Flooring : PCC 1:2:4 in floors/ paving of type B-1, 1:2:4 with 20mm graded aggregate, 70 mm thick . Concreting should be done in panels as directed. Complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforcement : Mild steel(TMT) bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. Complete all as specified and directed. .

Form work : Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter flat surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of liquid waterproofing compound. Make: Dr. Fixit, BASF, SIKA

Brick work : Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved in plan with 1:6 cement mortar. Complete all as specified and directed.

Plastering : Rendering of 10mm thick plastering with 1:6 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces. Complete in all respects as specified and directed.

Structural steel (S&F) : Structural steel work confirming to Fe-410 W (Gde-E-250) quality-A for Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc.. including application of one coat of zinc chromate primer paint. Complete all as specified directed. Make:TATA, Jindal

Chain link fencing : Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire .

Chain link fencing : Supply only of Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type. Complete all as specified and directed at site.

Enamel paint : Rendering synthetic enamel painting on Steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth - TWO coats Make: Asian paints/Berger

GI PIPE : GI pipe of dia 25mm medium grade with all fittings Make: Tata/ Apollo/ Jindal

BALL VALVES : 25 mm Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed
