M&L for preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel or iron surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with 1 mm thick putty as required, white or tinted at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered /concrete surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping and sanding with mechanical wall sander ( having mechanical vacuum mechanisum ) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of of diameter of 7'/9' using a 80 grit sand paper to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 1L/11 sq. mtr diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied using an airless spray machine of with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additives, with heat reflectant property which can reduce the painted surface temp, by 5 degree and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1L/6sq mtr diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with airless spray machine of paint application with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint, at any height, complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/concrete wall surface and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on plastered wall surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces on walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots making the surface smooth by sand paper and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered/ concrete stone surfaces of walls and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint, white or tinted and at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of old steel surfaces of existing treatment for plain/corrugated/semi corrugated steel surfaces over 10cm width/girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern using number of colours) at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Pattern of camouflage shall be approved by GE.

M&L for for preparation of old plastered/unplastered/ concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern using number of colours) over and including one coat of primer and at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified. Note : Pattern of camouflage shall be approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered/ concrete / Kerb stone surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint and at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair face of concrete surface or brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 on other than fair face of brick walls or concrete surface, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:3 on concrete ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered wall surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of average 1mm thick wall care putty to make the surface smooth at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved tint over a coat of average 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures Block, Roman, italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm high with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered/ concrete stone surfaces of walls and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer (Fire proof paint) with smooth roller finish at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rough cast plaster After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed, including taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

M & L for painting lines dashes, arrows, letters , Circle etc on roads pavement/taxi track/Runway by applying two coats of water thinable/Water (aqua) emulsion base/ Oil (Alkyd) base paints /matt finished paint white/black/yellow/orange or any other colours and 10cm/15cm wide strips on Bituminous road/ taxi track / Runway surface by using mechanical pavement marking machine line lazar IV-3900/ and 5900 of M/s Graco or equivalent approved including complete scrapping of old treatment/existing Thermoplastic Paint layers and complete removal of dust particles by brushes or sweeping with brooms complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note : Colour should be approved by GE.
