Supply of high mast lighting system (as per PLG 07 of ILP UK technical report no 7 of ILE UK /IS:875 Part-1 – 2015//BSEN10025/and IS:2062 ) consisting of totally hot dip galvanised by piecewise single dipped method high mast, lantern carriage suitable for 12 nos. luminaries (suitable for 350 Watt Flood light)with welded arm for 270 degree area and rest of part should be setup counter weight on the other hand of arm for proper balencing of lantern carriage (excluding luminaire), mast head frame assembly with full cover, including 1 No. LED 15 Watts aviation obstruction lights & Control Panel, double drum type self-sustaining winch, integral power tool accessible from door with padlocking arrangement (winch motor with control circuit) hot dipped galvanised heavy duty pipe lightening finial, Stainless steel 6 mm dia. wire ropes(AISI 316, 7 / 19 construction 3 no. rope for lantern carriage & 2 no. rope for winch assembly ) foundation bolt, torque limiter, PR insulated PCP sheathed 5 core x 2.5 Sq.mm trailing cable, including outdoor type control panel for auto on / off, reverse / forward motor operation. The mast is constructed from mild steel plates (as per IS 5986 Gr. 510 ) cut and folded to form a polygonal section, telescopic jointed and welding as per BS 5135.etc complete all specified and directed. S&F High wattage floodlight luminaire with capacity 350 Watt system efficacy of 120 lumens/watt and option of multiple wattages in both wide and narrow beam options with PDC housing, high impact resistance (IK07) glass cover making it perfect solution for wide range of area lighting in industrial applications. & connecting complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour of earthing complete with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade, and 15 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion. complete all as specifed and directed. Note:-Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth wire with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out,for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Any excavation in SDR/Loose soil/PCC/Hardstanding/Interlocking tiles/Bituminous pavement shall be carried out by manual mode only irrespective of Tech/Residential area. In case of mechanical excavation engaged by the contractor, any fault due to rupturing of communication/power/any other utility lines shall be rectified by appropriate joint as per direction of Engr-in-Charge/GE/Stn Auth as deemed fir and no extra cost will be paid in this respect.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose or hard dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spread unwashed Crushed stone sand for sand cushioning for covering the under ground cable in trenches. complete all as specifed and directed. (Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm across the cable in trenches complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply & lay XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- (i) Cable may be laid in trenches, under road, across the Nallah, along poles/walls and ducts etc. (ii) Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, cable cover, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid separately.

Excavating in post hole or similar hole each n.exc. 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplas soil to adistance not exc. 50 mtr and making good surface in soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.
