SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: B/R WORKS

Excavating over areas nexc 1.50 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in , including spreading,levelling,watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Excavated soils exceeding 250 M but not exceeding 500 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders of hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for old size brick work with flyash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered or unplastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) in landings cover slabs, (for manholes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar CM 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cu. M, getting out in hard/dense soil, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr.

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh / welded steel wire fbric etc.) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as directed.

supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

M&L for 10mm dia mild steel round bars fixed behind chain link fencing as guard bars etc and similar articles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut & length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long and dia of shank 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed
