Excavation in foundation for digging well in dry excavation from ground level upto the level, where well curb is placed from natural surface to 1.50 metre depth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge with in all leads and lifts.

Wet Well sinking gravel including all pumping,soring etc.complete in all respect.

From spring level to 3.00 mtr. Below spring level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

From spring level to 3.00 metre to 6.00 metre depth.within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

From spring level to 6.00 metre to 9.00 metre depth.within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work in single seciton including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying priming a priming coat of red lead paint in RS joists channels, angles and tee etc. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Lowering of well crub complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

In suspended floor roofs landing shalves & their support balconies,beams, girders bressumers cantilevers upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Column.pillar post and struts upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying no fine concrete work 1:4(1cement: 4 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

In vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto 200mm thickness within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding, & placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Squared Rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality including raking out joints in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement 6 sand) in:-

Foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Above NSL/G.L. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

20mm cement plaster in single on rough side of brick/concrete/stone masonary wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounde angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement 3 sand) with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg., 40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinths complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved quality in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4sand) (Ist class bricks) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing cast iron man hole cover with frame having frame size of 500mm internal dia (medium duty) the weight of cover and frame not less than 116kgs. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 200mm wide CI rungs with chequered or ribbed not slip surface including fixing in structure with 200x200x100mm cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Boulder/stone filling dry hand packed tightly complete under lean concrete to prevent the entry of surface within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
