Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (excluding fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc) removing materials to store for reuse or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm with PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm as earth continuity wire to be drawn in and including PVC casing capping not less than 20 mm width with all accessories and fittings, fixed on surface including providing PVC/wooden rectangular block for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed for the following: - One light/ceiling fan/exhaust fan/bell buzzer point controlled by one, one way switch of 5/6 Amps.

All as per item No 2.00 (here-in-before) but one 5 Pin, 5/6 amps socket outlet point on same board, controlled by one, one way 5/6 Amp switch.

(ii) Cost of tools and plants necessary for fixing of light fittings shall be arranged by contractor and cost of suitable copper conductor wire from ceiling rose to light fitting shall be deemed included in the quoted unit rate.

Fixing only in renewal LED building security light fittings of 35 Watt, fixed on wall/floor/roof with and including all accessories and connecting to ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) LED light fittings as specified under item shall be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing only. (ii) Cost of tools and plants necessary for fixing of light fittings shall be arranged by contractor and cost of suitable copper conductor wire from ceiling rose to light fitting shall be deemed included in the quoted unit rate.

M & L in renewal of street/road light GI mounting bracket made out of steel tube, medium grade, 40 mm dia (or higher size to suit the opening of the fitting) 1.50 mtr long by hydraulic pressed mechine bend to require arc shape and fixed to pole with 02 Nos MS flat iron clamps of suitable size fixed with bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes and grouting with the same for fixing bolts as required & incl duly painted with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of aluminum red oxide primer and fixing with lights fittings on the existing old street light poles complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of Necessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for renewal of mounting brackets, light fittings, nuts, bolts etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply and fixing in renewal of LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 Watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal of decorative wall mounting light fixture suitable for 9 to 12 watt LED lamp/bulb B-22 base connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal factory made sheet metal enclosure for distribution boards, double door, suitable for fixing MCB's, TPN 04 ways, 415 Volts, protection class IP-43, made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface, conforming to IS 13032, IS 8623, BS-5484 with tinned copper bus bar of 200 Amps capacity, complete all as specified and directed. Notes for items of MCB DB - (1) The unit rate includes for cutting/chasing the stone/brick walls to accommodate enclosure flush to wall. (2) The unit rate includes for making good the disturbed surfaces including finishes to match with the adjoining surface.

Notes: - (a) Irrespective of whatever is shown in plate No 5 of SSR, earth pit shall be casted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and precast cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with suitable handle.
