REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF ROAD FURNITURE AND GLOW SIGN BOARDS AT AFS KUMBHIRGRAM

Material and labour for Excavating in post holes soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for angle iron post including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Preparation of black bituminous surfaces of road and applying 2.5mm thick thermoplastic road marking paint of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material with semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine filled with profile shoe heater, the material shall be laid uniformly, heated mixer with a starting mechanism at a temperature of 160 degree centigrade. Thickness of paint shall not less than 2 mm and not more than 2.5 mm, the width of pattern shall be all as directed at site all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Solar road stud havind 3 Leds of Colour red/ Yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy shell of size 125 x 125mm of height 25mm (with shank of 65mm) with built in stem-nail 30mm x 50mm long for fixing with epoxy LEDs solar-cells, battery & light sensor qwell protected in side under tough unbreakable pollycarbonate transparent sheet roof. system workable for 3-4 days (nights) after full charge in 5-6 hrs all specifications as per Model No.DA 110 (DHRUV). Make : Dark Eye/3M or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Supply and fix in repair ABS plastic speed bumb/speed breaker in parabolic convex shape and of size 730mmx245mmx70mm makde out of stardy plastic highly resitance to sever traffic impacts and harsh weather condition, dovetail interlocking sub units, jointed and fixed to make the bub perfectly uniform, bump ,made out of precoloured material (black/yellow) and UV stablizers to keep them perfectly colourful, studded with reflectors on either side to make it clearly visible to motorists during night hours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Dark Eye india Pvt Ltd Model No. DA1006/3M or equivalent make as approved by AGE(I).

Supply and fix in repair Road safety convex mirror 24" of dia along with pole and I Clamp and all specifications as per Model No. CM-04(02) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Make : Dark Eye or equivalent as approved by Engr-in-Charge). (Note:-Pole to be measured and paid separately under Item no. 7)

Supply and fix GI pipe 50mm dia bore, medium grade with all fittings as pipe to fix road safety conven mittor all as directed and specified. (Make : Tata / Jindal Steel / Bansal / Prakash, ISI marked medium grade as approved by Engr-in-Charge).
