Earth work in excavation of foundation in Hard soil with all leads and lift including rough dressing and braeking clods, levelling bed and depositing the excavated material away from the working area etc.as per direction of the Engineere-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in Foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including watering & ramming with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials with T&P required for the work etc.as per direction of the Engineere-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm & down graded size crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position, including curing, dewatering, shoring centering & shuttering if necessary at time of as per direction of the Engineere-in-Charge.

Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm. Size hard broken granite chips with cost & coneyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing MS doors and windows including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster with C.M. (1:6) over to Brick masonry & wall surface including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete including watering, curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

16mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:6) finished smooth to inside brick walls after racking out the joints including watering, curing etc. with cost conveyance royalty taxes and Cess of the materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

priming one coat over wall surface including cost of primer conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete inside Building as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering Two coats to walls with Distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Ground Floor)

Wall Painting Two coats with Weather Seal Coat over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Finishing walls surface with Synthetic putty of approve make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including Scafolding cost & conveyance of all ,material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the workas per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Painting Two coats Enamel Paint over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work on new wood work / iron work with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 4cm. thick grading Concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab on new works with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (First Floor)
