Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade size Black hard Crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing, lowering, laying and compacting to proper thickness watering and curing for the required period including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading & unloading, taxes, royalty etc complete.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing M.S reinforcement for R.C.C work including cutting, bending, binding, and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for C.C works including false work and dismantling them after casting. (R.C.C. foundation, footing, base of columns, plinth bend)

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick/ stone masonary including watering, curing, cost of conveyance, taxes and royties etc. complete. (Outside)

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for Fixing granite in floor trades or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement motar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing polishing and cost of precast tiles etc complete.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for Fixing ceramic tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm C:P (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles etc. complete.
