ALTERNATOR:- MR Supply coveyance installation testing and commissioning of 20KVA/16 KW Prime Water cooled diesel Generator set comprising the following technical specifications. Engine:- Cummins/Kirloskar/Cater pillar/Greaves Engine 4 stroke, 2 cylinder, inline type arrangement Developing BHP 42@1500RPM under NTP or other rating specified y respective manufactures capable of delivering the required power, confirming as per standard with 12V Electric start arrangement, with silencer and Engine protection safeties with solenoid and first of Lube oil. Diesel Engine will comply with present CPCB norms. STANDARD/KIRLOSKAR/LEROYSOMER/CROMPTON make selfexited and self regulated screen protected drip proof alternator rated 30KVA/24KW three phase,415V, 0.8 PF, 50 HZ 1500RPM. Underormal conditions there voltage regulation will be +/-1%. The Alternator shall be of class H instulation and designed and built to withstand tropical conditions and 10% over load at one hour. The Alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Routine tests as per relevant ISS shall be conducted and test reports shall be furnished at the time delivery. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- AS per CPCB/MOEF norms of 75db @ 1M at 75% Load under free field conditions. Sufficient space and clearence shall be maintained inside the enclosure to have optimum serviceability. The enclosure shall be with UV resistant powder coated capale to withstand extreme environments. Insulation materials shall confirm to IS 8183. Documents to be supplied:- Engine manuel, pare parts book, Warranty certificate, 1set of control wiring drawing, original manufactures test certificate of Engine and alternator. Fuel Consumption test:- Check the fuel consumption of fuel in liters/hour. The total tank capacity also to be verified. Lub oil Sump capacity to be verified..

Supply conveyance installation testing and commissioning of wall or floor mounting type cubicle pattern 4 pole AUTO TRASFER SWITCH (ATS) complete with all accessories for 30 KVA DG set and giving connections etc as required

Supply and providing 100 mmdia or nearest size 'B"class MS pipe for extending exhaust piping including providing necessary clamps, fabrication work etc. and cladding with mineral whool and covering aluminium sheet as per standards
