Execution of work under MCEW (UPM) to repairing of crack by grouting and stitching work at Vernacular School Building, Vadnagar

Towards the drilling holes of 12 mm dia up to 300 mm depth and fixing nozzle for PMC Grout in the inner chambers for fill the gaps, voids, cavities, in the inner face for consolidation at Vernacular School Building, Vadnagar. [EACH] (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards the PMC Grouting of roof area with acrylic polymer emulsion added with OPC one part having polymer loading 10 % with appropriate dose non shrink powder 0.05 part (Capex) and plastic sizer 0.05 part having pressure 0.2 to 0.5 Kg/Sqm at Vernacular School Building, Vadnagar, including thorough cleaning and washing of the entire grouted exposed surface. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing & fixing of Copper I Section member (As per required size) at the wall in crack area stitching the crack including cutting, fixing all complete with the direction of Site in charge. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards the dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards the 19 mm thick (average) plaster with lime sand surkhi mortor 1:1:1 including rounding of chamfering corner as directed all complete. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards providing and fixing double scaffolding system ( cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/ structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joints with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes , M.S. challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution or work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connecting with the building etc., whoever required, if feasible, for inspection or work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in-charge. Note; - (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. Towards the supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified: Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20 % (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards the treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45-degree ang plugging them with cement mortar 1;2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1 % concentration (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards the treatment of points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene-based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)
