Repairing of Doors Windows Dismantling and Reinstallation of CGI sheet at Field Hostel at TGBPS NEEPCO Monarchak Tripura

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sqm and below.

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness .The laminate shall be molded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat .Doorframe laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibreglass from all sides. MS stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

30mm thick fibreglass reinforced plastice (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin, moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF) / Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table- 3 of IS: 14856 : 2000, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required: Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint (primer) of approved brand and manufacture. (Brand options: Asian Paints Apcolite Premium Emulsion / Berger Luxol Hi Gloss Enamel / Nerolac NSE Oxford Blue Enamel)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : Sal Wood

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2 (Brand name: TATA or Equivalent)
