Metal Beam Crash Barrier :- Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 X 75 X 5 mm spaced 2 m center to center, 1.8 m hugh , 1.1 m below ground/ road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS: 1367 and IS: 1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 X 75 X 5 mm, 300 mm long complete as per MoRT&H technical specification clause 810.

Street Light System
Octagonal Street Light Pole
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following type of Octagonal Street Light Pole. The pole shaft shall have octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. There shall not be any circumferential welding of the pole shaft. The welding of the pole shaft shall be done by Submerged Welding process. All octagonal pole shafts shall be provided with the rigid flange plate of suitable thickness with provision for fixing 4 foundation bolts. The base plate shall be fillet welded to the pole shaft at two locations i.e. from inside and outside.The octagonal poles shall be bolted on a pre- cast foundation with a set of four foundation bolts for greater rigidity.Octagonal poles shall withstand the maximum wind speed of 180 km/hr. Maximum deflection of the poles considering top loading ie area and weight of fuxture shall meet the requirement of BS:5649 Part VI 1982. The materials of the pole as follows : Conforming to grade S355JO Base Plate:- Fe 410 Conforming to IS 226/ IS 2062, Foundation Bolts:- 6.8 Gr. As per IS 1367. The poles shall be hot dip galvanized as per IS 2629 / IS 2633 / IS 4759 standards with average coating thickness of 65 micron. The galvanizing shall be done in single dipping. Door opening :- The Octagonal poles shall have door of approximate 500 mm length at the elevation of 500 mm from the base plate. The door shall be vandal resistance and shall be weather proof to ensure safety of inside connection as approved by the Depts.. The door shall be flush with the exterior surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement. The pole shall be adequately strengthened at the location of the door compensate for the loss in section. WORK TOWARDS ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN

Periodic air quality monitoring during construction stage at construction camp sites, bitumen hot mix plants, crusher plants (if specifically established for Project), at major settlement areas along project road. The parameters to be monitored are SPM, RPM, SO2, NOx and CO, Lead. Each monitoring schedule shall be over a duration of 24 hours (in 8-hour shifts), once
Surface Water quality monitoring during construction phase at locations given. The sampling shall be carried out once and cover all parameters as per IS10500 including heavy metals.
Noise quality monitoring at specified sensitive receptors along Project Road, at construction camp sites, crusher plants (if specifically established for Project), and at major settlement areas along project road. - Each monitoring schedule shall be over a duration of 12 hours (6AM to 6PM), once. The monitoring shall be carried out in accordance with CPCB norms.
