Providing and fixing thermal insulation with specified wool and density conforming to IS: 8183, 50 mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene bags placed over existing false ceiling and held in position by crisscrossing GI wire. (JK-SOR-12.51.2) With resin bonded rock wool with density 48 kg/cum.

Providing and fixing commercial decorative teak ply 8mm thick with machine pressed/finished khatamband design on one side with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/nails & fixed on frame work complete as per direction of Engineer -incharge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length: Kiln Dried (KD wood)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 3.5mm thick float glass panes including M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws: Kiln Dried (KD wood). The job includes providing and applying of wood primer

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40mm thick. Float glass panes 3.5 mm thick glass pane

Providing & Installation of Triple layer Plastic water Storage tanks of reputed make having a minimum capacity of 1000 ltrs each(02No's). The job includes interconnection of water storage tanks and also connecting with the existing water supply line available at site using 25mm heavy duty PPR pipe and suitable size fittings like adapters, elbows, unions, tee's & ball valves etc of same size as per site requirement. The outlet from water storage tanks is to be connected to the existing pumping unit available at site suitably through 12.5mm heavy duty PPR pipe and suitable size fittings like adapters, elbows, union, tee's & ball valves of same size as per site requirement. Further branching out overflow connection & wash out using suitable capacity PPR pipe, ball valves, and fittings as per requirement at site from the Plastic water storage tanks to suitable distance and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge is included in the scope of this work. The job includes, trenching & refilling etc (external work) of 25mm and 12.5 mm dia PPR pipe (heavy duty) as per site requirement and also includes complete thermal insulation of both water tanks and exposed pipe to withstand negative temperatures.
