Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard or gravelly soil including hard moorum, with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at place away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation trenches and plinth with fine river sand including watering ramming ect. including cost, conveyance, royalties, loading and unloading of all materials and all labour for work including scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/2 Inch) size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6 inch) thick to the required level ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with and royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) nominal mix with 12mm size hard broken granite chips in foundation as per Drawing and Technical specification.

R.C.C (M 20) using 20mm and 10mm size crusher broken chips including cost, conveyance , royalty taxes of all materials, labour and T and P require for the work etc. complete with cost of centring and shuttering etc. (i) Footing , Gate Pillar

Supplying and Straightening bent up or coiled rods, cutting, bending, crancking hooking welding or jointing (if required) the Tor Steel of SAIL/ RINL/ TATA/JINDAL/ SHYAM STEEL make with binding wires and binding tying the grills, hoisting, lowering & placing in proper position as required for all types of R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance of steel and binsding wire of of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all floors (weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment , and payment will be made on weight of Tor Steel Only. Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in F&P with all necessary projections using Fly ash bricks of 10 inch size having a crushing strength of not less than 35 kg per Sq.cm including splays cutting circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with and royalities etc. complete in all respect.
