| 1(1) Contractor should deploy data entry operator to print the complaint slip from complaint cell daily at 8.30 AM to 5:00 PM with necessary stationary take printout of jobcards. (2) Notes for item Nos 1.1 to 7 (a) Safaiwala as per requirement will be present on all working days including sunday 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs and report to complaint cell for collecting the complaints and all complaints to be attend (except major complaints) within 8 hours, if not attended on same day an amount of Rs 250/- per complaints will be deducted from the contractor's payment for not attending complaints. | |||||
| 1.1 | Opening the man holes of septic tanks, removing night soil, other sediments, solid waste, and liquid waste in any condition by pumping or any other mechanical means, using sewage sucking truck, cleaning internal surfaces of the tank with clean water and refix the man hole cover on completion of work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge.
Notes:- (a) The night soil, other sediments, solid waste, and liquid waste in any condition removed from septic tank shall be taken away from respective vicinities and NB(K) Premises on closed containers/conveyance and disposed off out of defence land
(b) Disposal of the same shall be the responsibility of the contractor with out any extra expenditure to government. Disposal of waste shall be made in accordance with the regulations of authorities concerned.
