Contract Details

Dismantling unserviceable steel tubular pole /struts of any size and removing from site .

M & L steel tubular sewaged pole 9 mtr long completed with MS base plate, finial taper plug nut bolts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31 as per relevant IS specifiecation including two coats of aluminimum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after takingdown old unserviceable all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to Plant/equipment and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm complete . Note : On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance below 5 ohms is not achieved, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply, fixing and testing LT cable jointing kit straight through heat shrinkable type suitable for cable PVC /XLPE insulated armored heavy duty aluminum conductor 1100V grade LT cable of size 3.5/4 core 16 to 50 sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing LT cable jointing kit straight through heat shrinkable type suitable for cable PVC /XLPE insulated armored heavy duty aluminum conductor 1100V grade LT cable of size 3.5 core 35 to 70 sqmm complete all as directed.

S & F in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, fixed type, 63 to 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as directed.

Dismantling / taking down in repairs the street light / security lights of any capacity & description from existing LT pole/walls at any height and refixing the fittings in existing / another location after repair work all as directed by Engg-in-charge. Note:- (i) Replacement of defective parts / accessories shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Transport and T & P i.e. Ladder, safety items, or any other equipment for repair of street light shall be provided by Contractor and cost for the same deemed to be incl in respective items.

S&F in repair service wire 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC unsheathed cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 3 core 1.0 sqmm complete all as specified.

S&F in repair service wire 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable weather proof multi stranded with aluminum conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 corecomplete all as specified.

Material & Labour for fixing LED flood light luminaries of cap 120 watt, 230 volt AC,outdoor type with high Pressure die cast Aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics, IP 67 protection complete with accessories, pre wired up to a terminal block and mounting attachment complete all as specified. Make :-SYSKA CAT PART No SSK-BLS-CF-120WATT, Bajaj/Crompton or equivalent.

Trimming of tree branches touching to over head lines, up to 1.5 mtr distance all around of ACSR conductors of span 30meter to 50 meter of HT/LT feeders and depositing cut branches away from site as directed and clearance of HT/LT pole and sub station premises all as directed Note: (i) Trimming of all branches of trees falling under one span between two pole shall be considered as one span only. (ii) Contractor have to arrange all T&P, safety equipments manpower and vehicle for trimming at different locations. Contractor or his rep has to ensure power shut down of overhead lines before carrying out trimming. Contractor shall be responsible for any lapses/ mishappening occurred due to negligence of safety aspects.

Supply and fixing in repair integral LED street light luminaries comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame of capacity 70/72 watt, Ingress protection IP 65 protection including connected wire, Suitable for 40mm dia pipe, with complete accessories to be fixed on pole/wall including connecting the fitting to over head ACSR/bus bar box at the bottom of pole with using 1.00 Sqmm three core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix inverter LED bulb in B-22 cap and with opal diffuser IP20, battery back up and functioning complete all specified and directed Code No LED INVERTER LIGHT 10W B22 CW IP of 10 watt of make Halonix or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
