Supply of horizontal spindle,horizontal/radial split casing and suction (backpull out arrangement) single/ double / multistage centrifugal pumps or combination of pumps in series /parallel of KSB / Mather & Platt/ Jyoti /Kirloskar /BE /Maxflow/ Beaconweir Sabar make conforming to BIS: 1520-1980 (latestwith upto date ammendments) read with BIS: 9137-1978 (latest edition) suitable for lifting water of under mentioned charactristics with impellers of bronze/suitable alloy, priming funnels,casing ring & shaft sleeves of bronze/ suitable alloy, shaft of sutable steel grade with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common C.I. / Cast steel base plate (base plate to be from the principle manufacturer of pumping set) to slippering/squirrel cage screen protected drip proof electric induction motor of Kirlokar /NGEF/Crompton / Siemen /Jyoti /BHEL /GEC /ABB conforming to BIS: 325-1978 read read with BIS: 900-1968 (latest with upto date ammendments) It should include the cost of bearings, nuts & bolts,painting etc. and shall be suitable for operation as per data given below.

Supply and fixing of Kilburn/IVC/Fourcess/Gled/BHEL/Leader of reputed make of suitble size Cast steel double flange sluice valve having bye pass aggrangement and one size shigher to delivery of size pump of class ASA 300 (50MM DIA) and class 150 shall be shall be suitable for withstanding mominal seat pressure of 21.00 Kgs/cm2 confirming to BIS 5312-1984 Part-II)

Providing and laying PVC insulated armoured power copper cable of Siemens/Finolex/Grandlay/Gloster make conforming to BIS: 1554 (Part-I)-1988 or latest with upto date ammendments of suitable size for the pump set offered (One cable carrying all three phase) including all other electrical equipment/ accessories such as thimble, flexible, pipe solder, nut & bolts, cable glands etc. laid in pipe or trenches/ under floor. The type and size will be subject to approval of the HPSEBL authorities. In case of non acceptance by HPSEBL authorities. It shaal have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

On supply side of 3.5 Core (from HPSEBL meter to Switch & starter)=10.00 mtrs of size 6mm square.

Erection of all equipment from Sr.No.1 to 4 including cost of tees, bends, tapers and any other fitings required as per site conditions and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
