1 Works of Planning, Designing and Construction of EWS - II type 584 (P+13 &

P+12) DUs and 15 Shops Flat Type-High Rise Buildings cum Commercial

units including on site development with all Infrastructure Services for

Economical Weaker Section (EWS-2) at Harni TP 02 FP 56 under Pradhan

Mantri Awas Yojana 2.0 (PMAY 2.0) in Vadodara City including all types of

engineering survey, soil investigation, planning, designing, obtaining approval

of all concerned authorities for construction and all construction activities like

excavation, construction of all types of structure, finishing works like

plastering, painting, flooring etc., doors, windows, grills, all internal and

external amenities, electrification (external and internal infrastructure with

meter including MGVCL deposit with all charges) street lights (LED lights)

connected to with Solar panels on terrace as per requirements. Water supply,

drainage, storm water drain, RCC roads with tri-mix method, rubber mould

paver blocks with PCC in all other open areas and grade slab in parking areas

with trimix method, water proofing (Brick bat roda) in all bath/WC/Chawkdi

areas & water proofing (brick bat roda) with china mosaic flooring on terrace,

anti-termite treatment, lift elevators, compound walls, gates, security cabin,

firefighting system, landscaping, rain water harvesting, tube wells as per

requirements with all labour, material, as per min. required specifications

stated in tender documents and design approved by VMC/ consultant

including all taxes, charges royalties etc. complete as mentioned in scope of

work of the tender documents.

Conventional Technology or Alternative Building Technology/ material (Rate

for any one Technology only) agency for completion of entire project.
