Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring including (light, fan, socket or power complete fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc) removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc all as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point or one fan point or one fan point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in existing concealed PVC conduit (medium grade) of 20mm dia/as exist on site all as specified and directed with using new sunken type Pre - coated 120 GSM (Gram Per m²) GI sheet pressed steel box including modular cover plate for mounting modular switch socket etch incl all accessories and using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable (In green colour) as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light or one fan point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core PVC insulated & unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade in and incl PVC casing and capping of suitable size fixed on surface all as directed with using new sunken type pressed steel box/terminal boxes for mounting fittings/junction boxes not less than 1.6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer with and incl all accessories and using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to commen earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.Make PVC cable .Havells/Finolex/Polycab Note : (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for fixing the conduits to surface with using PVC of covering sunken boards /terminal boxes/junction boxes of any shape and size with 3 mm thick suitable GI screws and cup washers. (ii) Fititngs like switches, sockets, regulators lamp holders light fittings shall be measured and paid appropriate item of schedule ‘A’ (iii) The size of conduits shall be determined on permissible No of runs of wires as specified in SSR part- I however minimum size of conduit shall be 20 mm dia (medium grade).

Dismantling and M & L for sub main wiring using two single core 6 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including PVC Casing Caping/PVC Conduit or in existing concealed conduit(as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge)accessories like bends, tee, etc fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 4 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed all as directed.Make PVC cable .Havells/Finolex/Polycab Note: (i) Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the unit rate quoted .

All as above item No- 7 but using 4 Sqmm cable for phase and neutral and 4 Sqmm for earth.Make PVC cable .Havells/Finolex/Polycab Note: (i) Two runs of 4 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the unit rate quoted .

All as above item No.7 but using two run single core 2.5 Sqmm cable for phase and neutral and 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC ZHFR insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board and testing on completion etc complete all as directed.Make PVC cable .Havells/Finolex/Polycab Note: (i) Two runs of 2.5 sqmm and one run of 2.5 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the unit rate quoted .

Attending the complaints lodged by the occupants/users of electrification nature & rectification of the fault as per the complaint lodged by the user in any time in respect of main fixture /breakdown for light/fan/bell/light or power socket and LT line etc complete repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system removing faults in wires, battens, conduit, sunken boxes, junction boxes, main switches, MCBs/DBs utility light fitting, lamp holders AC ceiling/ Exhaust fans and other type of complaints to connected fixtures of the internal electrification including providing of petty stores such as wires of appropriate size and conductor matching to existing one upto the length of 1 mtr including insulation tape, screws , nuts as required to rectified the fault with regard to the complaint lodged and refixing of fittings, fixtures to their position as dismantled and respect of item if required to be paid under respective item as required complete all as directed at site to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge/users. Note :- (a) Repair/ replacement of switches, fan, regulator , replacing burnt/ damaged wiring , replacement of burnt MCBs and main switch , voltage fluctuation, current leakage, repair of street lights, and replacement of tube lights and no light etc will be attended with in 8 Hrs as urgent nature. (b) The complaints will be attended by electricians & respective helpers during day and night hours without delay.

Attending the complaints lodged by the occupants/users including Identifying and rectifying of electrification nature & rectification of the fault as per the complaint lodged by the user in day time 8.30 Hrs to 1730 Hrs No light complaint, loose wire, sparking etc. in DB/ LT panel at AFS Makarpura any emergency complain and any type of Complain regarding electricity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 to 10 :- (a) All T & P/Stationeries and labour team required comprising of sufficient trained technician (Electrician/helper ) will be provided by the contractor daily for location ie AFS Makarpura baroda area as directed.During MES mela or any other occason the contractor will be arrage additional menpower to rectify the complaint with justified time. b) Rep of the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 08.30 Hrs to 17.30 Hrs the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penal recovery as decided by GE shall be imposed & on contractor. (c) Cost of minor stores such as screws,clamps,insulation tapes,nuts/bolts, nail of required size, lubricating oil/grease etc shall be deemed included in the above quoted rate. However, major items such as switches, sockets, bell push, fan regulator, capacitor, wires etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'. (d) Complaints where complete replacement of circuit/point wiring required shall be measured under relevent item. (e) If contractor fails to rectify the complaint with in 24 hours after receiving, Rs 500/- per complaint will be penalised.

(c) The complaint will be taken from complaint cell. (d) All necessary tools & plants i.e. multimeter, tong tester, spanner set, wrench, screw driver set, combination plier, testing lamp set, drilling machine, bamboo ladder, blower/ vaccum cleaner, crimping tool, cutting and chasing tool, insulation megger , etc will have to kept by each tradesman engaged by contractor at his own cost. (e) Any accident/ mishappening occurred during the execution of work shall be responsibility of Contractor. (f) One MOBILE PHONE should also be provided by contractor to the each trademan engaged by him with incoming & out going facilities for normal and after working hours also so as to contact him in case of emergency during the entire period covered under the contract to keep liaison / communication with MES staff . (g) Complaint register and complaint slip shall be providing by the contractor duly printed with CA No and firm and the cost is deemed to be included in unit rate.(h ) Cost of material for replacement of new items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch A/BOQ (i) Labour only for attending complaint like fixing of switches, sockets, regulators, ceiling rose,bell push, lamp holder, sunken box, PVC platelaying of wire all in any type etc.(ii) Labour only for attending complaint like fixing of LED batten any size,T-08 fittings,LED 2x2 recess mounting lights, fan blade, ex fan louvers,pvc EX fan, PVC conduit fixing any size (iii) Labour only for attending complaint like no light,loose connection,burnt wire repair any type etc (iv) Labour only for attending complaint like fixing of AC socket/top/DBS/MCBs/MCCBs./loose connection (v) Labour only for attending complaint such as phase balancing by sharing load
