Supplying & laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1 KPV grade of size 2 × 16 Sq.mm, conforming to IS: 7098 (Part-I), direct in ground including excavation and refilling of trench etc. as required, excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying & laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1 kV grade of size 3.5 × 35 Sq.mm, conforming to IS: 7098 (Part-I), direct in ground including excavation and refilling of trench etc. as required, excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying of 200 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, off-load side handle operated changeover switchgear, housed in sheet steel enclosure, suitable for wall mounting, conforming to relevant IS standards (IS/IEC 60947-3), complete with insulated handle, interlocking mechanism, terminals suitable for aluminium/copper conductor, adequate terminal capacity, and provision for padlocking in ON/OFF position. The switchgear shall be of heavy-duty construction with IP-rated enclosure, suitable for indoor use, including drilling of holes, mounting with nuts, bolts, washers and making necessary electrical connections, complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a single door, outdoor type, completely enclosed , dust & vermin proof, compartmentalized pedestal mounted feeder pillar made of 2 mm CRCA sheet with fully openable front door of size 450(H) × 300(W) × 300(D) mm. The feeder piller should have locking arrangemnets and a tapered top(roof), consisting of 200 A , 4 strip Al busbar with heat shrinkable sleeves and including providing and fixing interconnection from busbar, detachable cable gland plates made of 3mm thick CRCA sheet and powder - coated in an approved siemens grey shade after 7 tank treatment processes. The entire panel should be complete with a amounting frame made of 40 mm x 40 mmx 5mm angle iron with 450 mm long legs. The 4 legs of the feeder pillar shall be erected on a suitable size of 1:3:6 cement concrete (300 mm below the ground & 150 mm above ground ). the feeder pillar shall have provision to accommodate and drawing approved by the enigneer in charge and with the required front area and a depth of a minimum of 600 mm.
