Supply ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of 100 KVA Step-down transformer 11/0.440 KV) Level -1(Al. Wound) fitted with Silica Gel Breather,oil filled and tested,complete in all respects including earthing of sub-station as per latest specifications and drawing adopted/approved by the department.

Providing ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of MS Channel Cross arms (100X50X50X6 mm) and (75X40X40X6 mm),transformer Belting, Clamps etc. fabricated out of Galvanised steel of different sizes to be fixed with M.S Nuts and bolts and washers.(as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing and installation, & Fixing of 11 KV Link set Capacity 200 A (O9 insulator post type ) with arrangements for pad locks and operating rod.The operating rod should be G.I Pipe (B Class) of 25 mm dia of requisite length.

Providing , and Installation of 11KV LA station type with all accessories (as per latest specification & drawings adopted & approved by the department.

Providing , transportation and installation of 11 KV D.O Fuse set with all accessories as per latest specifications & drawings adopted and approved by the department

Providing, and fixing of PVC Cable 185 mmSq. (as per latest specifications & drawings adopted and approved by the department).

Providing, and Fixing of bi-metalic Clamps for fixing of LT Cable with distribution transformers having Capacity upto 100 kVA. ( as per latest specifications & drawings adopted and approved by the department).

Providing , and Fixing of 185 mm2 Al thimbles for cable termination as per REC Standardas per latest specifications & drawings adopted and approved by the department

Providing, ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of ST Poles 9 Mtr long (410-SP-33) including excavation of pit and back filling soil & consolidating each deposit layer of by ramming and watering etc. (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing and errection of ST Poles 8 Mtr long including excavation of pit and back filling soil & consolidating each deposit layer of by ramming and watering etc. (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of V -Shaped M S Cross Arms (75X40X6 mm) with top Bracket including Clamps, M.S Nuts and Bolts.

Providing, transportation and fixing of 11 KV Pin insulators with G.I Pins (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing, transportation and fixing of M.S Clamps with LT Shackle insulators including nuts and bolts.(M.S Back Clamps to be fixed with out drilling/punching of poles).

Providing and Laying, stringing of overhead 0.05 ACSR conductor (Rabbit) on cross arms through insulators including binding and twisting with soft aluminium wire both side of insulator complete in all respects (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing and fixing of HT pole earthing Complete (as per latest specifications and drawing adopted /approved by the department.

Providing and fixing of LT pole earthing Complete (as per latest specifications and drawing adopted /approved by the department.

Painting of pole with one coat of Red-Oxide and Two coats of Aluminium paint (including cost of paint)

Supply and laying of Cement Bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards 0 .45 cum/pole including muffing 20 cm above ground level plaster and curing of concrete in size of 600X600X 1700mm for 9 Mtr ST poles (540,SP-33 ) (the leftover pit after concreting to be filled with soil and boulders).
