Dismantling of pipe including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes & lead at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:

Providing mild steel pipes fabricated /manufactured out of MS plate of steel with epoxy paint inside and black anticorrosive bitumastic paint outside; all confirming to relevant IS codes; complete in all respect and with up-to-date amendments in relevant IS codes and excluding excise duty component. 250 mm to 350 mm nominal dia. (Clear internal dia. pipes of 6 mm thick plate.

Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel.

Hire and running charges of crane 20 tonne capacity.

Dewatering of burst line rising main with the help of submersible pump sets to dewater line and scattered water due to bursting of rising main and hiring of 62 KVA D.G. set with operator for welding works and other works as required at site. (Note: - Diesel will be provided by the department)

Safety arrangement along with all safety material to ensure safe working at site & the safety of men & material at site of work also lighting arrangement at site of work including consumables as per site requirement including T&P, flood light with panel board switches.

Fixing of MS gap piece as per actual size in place of damaged rising main at site of work including taking out the damaged portion and replacing wit newly MS Gap Piece with the help of men & material power like Fitters, welders, Cutter, Helpers, Beldar, Chowkidar, Supervisor, Electricians etc., with welding machine, welding rods, cutter set, oxygen cylinder, LPG etc. with Transportation for to & from including loading and unloading at site.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry with the help of labour and by mechanical after that random masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete.

Transportation of man and material, T&P at site of work and shift old material to J.E. store with the help of long boom crane and manually labour also testing and commissioning of rising main on full pressure as per satisfaction of engineer in-charge.
